College Days
Classmates First
We were classmates in college, and I liked her almost right away — smart, easy to talk to, and honestly a little out of my league. I didn’t say anything for a long time. I just sat a few seats away and hoped it wasn’t too obvious.

2017
The Field Trip to Cebu
It took a field trip to Cebu for me to finally say something. We were on the ferry over, and I remember seeing her by the window near the dock and just deciding it was now or never. I was so nervous trying to get the words out. Turns out she’d liked me back the whole time and just never brought it up either. That was 2017, and that was the start.

2017 – 2025
Nine Years and Still Falling
Nine years is a lot of time. We had our fights, a few rough patches, and plenty of ordinary days that didn’t feel like much of anything at the time. Looking back now, though, those ordinary days were most of it — and we kept showing up for each other through every one of them.

The Proposal
I was a mess the entire drive to Vista Villa. My mom and sister came along for moral support, and I still almost lost my nerve. There were a lot of people around that day, so of course my hands wouldn’t stop shaking — but the second I found her in the crowd, all of that just went away. I brought her to the best view I could find, got down on one knee, and asked. And then, completely by chance, a wedding shoot happening nearby stopped what they were doing so the photographer could take our photo for free. We didn’t ask. He just did it.

Happily Ever After
And now we finally get to say “I do” — surrounded by the people who’ve been with us since way back, some since that college classroom. Thank you for being part of this. We’re glad you’re here.

Free on-site parking is available at Nature's Village Resort.
Nature's Village Resort is currently fully booked. We recommend looking into other nearby accommodations, and are happy to share suggestions if you contact us directly.
Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time to park, take the shuttle, and be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM.
